This site is built so everyone can use it, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboards or larger text.
Our standard
RuthannFong.com is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Every page is tested with automated accessibility checks each time the site is built, at computer and phone sizes, and a page that fails is not published. We also check pages by hand for keyboard use, visible focus, zoom to 200 percent and screen reader labels.
What that means for you
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link appears first.
- Text and important graphics meet WCAG color contrast levels.
- Images carry descriptive text, and videos will carry captions.
- Pages work when you zoom in or increase your text size in your browser or phone settings.
- Pages are plain HTML, so they work with screen readers and without JavaScript.
We don't use an accessibility overlay or widget. Your own device's settings (text size, contrast, screen reader) work directly with the site.

If any part of this site is hard for you to use, please contact us using the phone number or email at the bottom of this page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll respond within two business days and get you the information another way.
Some links open services run by other companies, such as the booking calendar and the loan application. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, and we'll help you directly if one of them doesn't work for you.
